The triple room was spotless, I felt like at home.

The staff was amicable, offered to visit some nice places. Classic quadruple room was the best.

Kind staff, good prices, the location is exceptionally nice and marvellous near to Liverpool for a surprised 60th Birthday weekend and the city centre.

Overall it was impeccably clean, with a shared bathroom. The helpful and affable staff provided all the necessary info.

Asked for the budget room and it was ready when we arrived.

The rooms are spotless. Would absolutely stay here again whenever we go to Liverpool.

The setting is great, it's just next door to an urban dual carriageway, pubs and Liverpool. Besides, the hotel is located 2 km away from The Cavern Club.

Having central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a writing desk in our exceptionally clean room. The views over city. Comfortable and exceptionally nice location, only a short distance to everywhere.

Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to say goodbye. The staff were kind, you should know it. I got complimentary budget room as an upgrade, nice gesture. I found the hotel's location great, really close to Liverpool for a surprised 60th Birthday weekend, and the city centre.

The hotel of choice in Liverpool. Super base for discovering Liverpool. Amiable and kind staff with great local knowledge.

A lounge and a kitchen area available in the classic quadruple room. All in all particularly good setting right by Liverpool for a surprised 60th Birthday weekend, an urban dual carriageway and pubs.

Btw, the airport was 15 km away. The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff were helpful!

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

Every time we stay in Liverpool, like to stay here. The airport is 15 km away, easy to get to. The beds are comfortable to sleep on.

When we checked in, budget room was ready.

a classic quadruple room has basic facilities you need. the bed is exceptionally comfortable, really!

The hotel was located very close to the city centre, pier head, and train station. Had good sleep at the triple room.
