Newly remodelled place, fairly clean, great value. New-fashioned, perfect unit with comfortable bed, and amazing staff. Marvellous location just next door to restaurants, great bars and Liverpool. And 10 mins walk to Grace Family Church.

The setting is handy, really close to a nice area as well as the Albert Dock, very green area. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Penny Lane. The units are good modern and stylish with tv to chill in.

Had very enjoyable stay for my business trip with affable staff and handy location in the city center. Restaurant food was lovely!

The hotel was in a perfect and comfortable location just next door to Lark Lane, and great bars. Also, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from Sefton Park Palm House.

Reasonably large and well-designed unit with cupboard space and TV to chill in. Lovely food and hot drinks.

The venue was newly remodelled, I appreciated the location next to the local restaurants, bus stop and metro and buses, and city views. The breakfast had lots of options: coffee and bread.

my wife and i enjoyed being there. the location offered was marvellous and peaceful close to train station and liverpool itself and great bars, cafes and restaurants. i had the budget double room which was fashionable and bright with tv to chill in.

The room was comfortable and bright and light when I arrived. Having shower facilities and bath sheets was a bonus. Location: the hotel was not far from the local restaurants, a nice area and the city centre.

The location is peaceful and handy, 3 km from St James. It's in a neat building in the nice area.

We spend out time lovely in this CHEAP hotel. The bed seemed comfy and tidy all around. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi.
